Measurement

Measurement of the implemented solution is critical to both The Bajan Group and the client’s success. Measuring the steps in increments will insure that we continue to deliver an efficient process that reduces costs through more efficient processes for our client.

The measurement phase begins during the implementation phase and continues throughout the relationship The Bajan Group has with its clients. Since cost savings will occur before the implementation phase has been completed, we start measuring our success as soon as we begin the implementation. There are a number of areas that The Bajan Group measures for cost savings including usage, price per unit, and number of transactions processed and labor cost.

The measurement phase serves not only as a tool for monitoring the ROI for each client, but also as a continuous improvement tool. The Bajan Group continuously reviews the solutions we implement to insure their success, and refine them with regards to technology, work flow, management and suppliers when changes are required. Our goal together is to build a best practices mindset. We will assist you in defining goals and reviewing these practices on a regular basis.

Reporting on the measurement process is based on the needs of each client and may change throughout the course of the relationship. However, The Bajan Group suggests that measurement reporting and reviews take place no more than monthly and no fewer than semi-annually.
