The Bajan Group has designed and developed our “ADIM Process” to evaluate a company’s methods for spend and procurement management. The ADIM process was developed to bring a standardize methodology to a process that is different for each client. The standard methodology is critical to insure the client receives the best value from the aggregated purchasing model. In order to develop a successful solution for each client, The Bajan Group must understand your business processes and create a source to pay system that will take advantage of the various resources that Bajan offers. While The Bajan Group uses the same process to create a solution for each client, this process ensures that each client has a solution that maximizes the value of our model for their environment.


The Bajan Group executes the ADIM
(Assessment, Design, Implementation, and Measurement) Process with each client. This process uncovers and determines the impact that The Bajan Group’s Procurement Service Center will have on your company. We perform an assessment of your current environment and present the results, along with a proposed solution. If you agree to move forward, The Bajan Group will design your source to pay solution; implement the agreed upon process and continually measure the model’s results and performance. This process allows Bajan to provide our services in a “pay for performance” environment, where Bajan guarantees your return on investment that we present to you at the end of our assessment phase.
