The Bajan Group executes the ADIM (Assessment, Design, Implementation, and Measurement) Process with each client.  This process uncovers and determines the impact that The Bajan Group’s Procurement Service Center will have on your company. We perform an assessment of your current environment and present the results, along with a proposed solution.  If you agree to move forward, The Bajan Group will design your source to pay solution; implement the agreed upon process and continually measure the model’s results and performance.  This process allows Bajan to provide our services in a “pay for performance” environment, where Bajan guarantees your return on investment that we present to you at the end of our assessment phase.
