The Bajan Group offers four classifications of services. Each classification is designed to deliver specific solutions to our clients and assist them in reducing their costs and becoming more profitable. The Bajan Group’s Procurement Service Center model can be implemented in three formats coupled with a consulting services solution that can be accessed either to augment the Procurement Services Center formats, or as a stand alone service. In each format, The Bajan Group deploys our spend management application in order to deliver savings by designing and implementing a process that uses spend analytics, aggregation, strategic sourcing and category expertise to create best practices that deliver significant savings to each client.

The Procurement Service Center’s three formats are comprised of the following: Select Categories (SC), All Categories (AC) and Strategic End to End (SE2). The SC format provides a client with the full benefits of the Procurement Service Center for specific categories that are selected by the client. The AC format also provides our clients with the full benefits of the Procurement Service Center, but for all of the products that they buy, including services such as telecommunications and energy. The SE2 format adds strategic management of both the procurement and accounts payable departments. This format delivers managerial support to the process and enables our clients to outsource all of the tactical and strategic functions associated with their source to pay requirements. Finally, our Consulting Services are available to clients who require a range of consulting services that are customized to meet their specific requirements or deliver a project that requires assistance in their sourcing, buying or accounts payable departments.

The minimum spend that a client must have is $1,000,00 in order to engage The Bajan Group for services provided in the SC, AC or SE2 formats. In addition, it will require one full time employee from either their purchasing or accounts payable department.
