Procurement Service CenterThe Bajan Group has developed a Procurement Service Center business model that enables our clients to outsource both strategic and tactical components of their source-to-pay requirements. The Procurement Service Center delivers a single vendor scenario through which each client uses The Bajan Group’s web based procure-to-pay system for the procurement of some or all of their required goods and services. All orders are delivered to suppliers electronically under The Bajan Group’s name. Goods are delivered to the client who placed the order (or The Bajan Group warehouse). The Bajan Group pays all invoices to the suppliers and delivers an electronic file to each client. The electronic files are imported into the client's general ledger and books the expenses to the appropriate cost centers and the amount owed to Bajan Procurement Service Center for the goods and services that were purchased. Source-To-PayAs part of our value proposition, The Bajan Group offers our source-to-pay services on a performance basis. As such, The Bajan Group’s clients are guaranteed that their cost savings will exceed The Bajan Group’s fees. The Bajan Group documents all cost savings monthly (which are hard dollars only) and compare the total source-to-pay savings to The Bajan Group’s fees. If The Bajan Group’s fees are greater than the savings, The Bajan Group credits the client for the difference. The Procurement Service Center will provide clients with cost reductions by providing:
