The focus is not to replace the purchasing department but to work with our clients on how to best utilize the employees they have and at the same time, maximize the value of The Bajan Group’s Procurement Service Center. The Bajan Group does have clients that do not have a purchasing department and outsource the purchasing function to Bajan. The Bajan Group needs to work closely with the purchasing department to ensure a successful engagement. The purchasing department has a great deal of experience and information about the requirements of suppliers and The Bajan Group will need to access their knowledge base to ensure the implementation of our Procurement Service Center is successful.
